Eligibility for Returns  

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.  
- Items must be in their original condition, meaning:  
  - Unworn and free from any signs of use.  
  - Unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.  
  - In a condition suitable for resale.

How to Initiate a Return  

- If you are located outside India, please contact us at annie@denimsta.com within the 14-day window to notify us about your return request.  
- Be sure to include your order details and reason for return in the email to expedite the process.

Non-Eligible Returns  
- Items returned outside of the 14-day timeframe will not qualify for a refund.  
- Products that do not meet the return standards listed above:  
  - A) Will not be refunded.
  - B) Will be sent back to you at your expense.

 

Refund Process  
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.  
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Additional Notes  
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.  
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
